We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, please go through our return and refund policy below before initiating a return request.

You may return an item within 3 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

• A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory from the moment of opening the parcel.

• The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original box with tags/product codes.

• The original invoice must be enclosed.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not eligible for return.

• Differences in size can happen as the reference image is processed to display the materials and design details more prominently.

• Products showing wear and tear, damage due to improper handling, or chemical exposure are not eligible.

4. Manufacturing Defects

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, a claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with proof (unedited unboxing video and photos). Failure to report within the specified time will result in the claim being declined.

5. Color Guarantee

• Our Forming Jewellery comes with a 6-month color guarantee.

• For any color-related issue during this period, the invoice and original box must be retained and submitted.

• Slight discoloration due to natural usage over time is normal and not considered a defect.

• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by exposure to perfumes, alcohol, or other chemicals.

6. Care Instructions

• Our fashion jewelry is washable, but to retain its shine and color:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, hairsprays, or other chemicals.

  • Wipe with a clean dry cloth after use and store in its original box.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our quality check:

• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• If the product fails quality inspection, it will be returned back to the customer without refund.
