A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory from the moment of opening the parcel.
The product must be unused, intact, and returned in its original box with tags/product codes.
The original invoice must be enclosed.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, a claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with proof (unedited unboxing video and photos). Failure to report within the specified time will result in the claim being declined.
5. Color Guarantee
Our Forming Jewellery comes with a 6-month color guarantee.
For any color-related issue during this period, the invoice and original box must be retained and submitted.
Slight discoloration due to natural usage over time is normal and not considered a defect.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by exposure to perfumes, alcohol, or other chemicals.

Once the returned item passes our quality check:
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the product fails quality inspection, it will be returned back to the customer without refund.
